Ingersoll Rural Cemetery Dedication – Saturday, June 7 at 2pm!

Hello Everyone,

Please see this guest post from the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery Board:

On Saturday June 7 at 2 p.m., the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery Board will
unveil the monument dedicated to the almost 400 people buried in
Potter’s Field.  Dr. Cody Groat will preside as Master of Ceremonies as
we honour the names of Ingersoll and area citizens interred between 1964
and 1976.

The above picture is a mockup of the stone which is currently being engraved at Ingersoll & Thames Memorials by Jon Pettit.
Please join us for this historical event.  Bring a lawn chair and sit and listen as the names are read by the Western University research students.

The Ingersoll Rural Cemetery is located at 603809 Cemetery Lane (just off Pemberton Street), Ingersoll ON
