The Oxford Historical Society hosts talks throughout the year, covering a wide range of fascinating historical topics. Talks are typically hosted once a month and feature guest speakers with expert knowledge about Oxford County or other historical areas.

The Pattullo Press
The Oxford Historical Society publishes 4 newsletters a year, known as the Pattullo Press. The first edition of the Pattullo Press was published in Summer 2016.
For members, newsletters are included in your membership fees.

Voting Privileges
Membership grants voting privileges within the Oxford Historical Society, allowing you to play an active role in shaping the direction of our programs, initiatives, and preservation efforts. In addition, members have the opportunity to serve on the Executive Board, contributing leadership, expertise, and insight to guide the Society’s work.
Meet Friends
In addition to our monthly meetings, we host a variety of events throughout the year, including guided walking tours, community gatherings, and local excursions. Each event is a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces or meet new friends who share your passion for Oxford County’s history.
